Hi, I'm Alaina, Creator of Coco's Art & Wellness Lounge! As a lifelong art student, local art educator, former personal trainer and fitness instructor, and blessed mom to my daughter, Coco, I've always been passionate about helping others live healthier, more joyful lives. Over the years, I've discovered that wellness isn't just about caring for the body, it's also about nurturing the mind through creativity.
Coco's Art & Wellness Lounge was born from those two passions. I wanted to create a space where people of all ages can reconnect with their inner child, find joy in making art, and celebrate the movement of their bodies.
I believe everyone deserves a place to unleash their creativity, nurture their well-being, and simply have fun, and I hope this can be that place for you.
